MAR2PROTECT participated in the E-SPFdigit Workshop, an event focused on advancing soil health, sustainability, and the use of digital tools for environmental research. The workshop brought together European projects and experts to foster clustering, strengthen communication, and promote the exchange of knowledge on soil health monitoring, carbon farming practices, and environmental pollution.
The project was represented by Ana Pereiro (NOVA University), who contributed to discussions alongside sister projects NitroScope, WHEATWATCHER, LILAS4SOILS, and the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA OFC).
The exchange highlighted innovative approaches and practical perspectives aimed at supporting more sustainable, healthy, and resilient ecosystems, while encouraging collaboration and synergies across the research community.
